Vegan Mexican Cilantro Corm
Ingredients
- corn on cob
- 1 tbsp. vegan butter
- 1 tbsp. vegan mayo
- 1/4 tsp. chili powder
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- fresh cilantro
- 1/4 tsp. himalayan sea salt
- 1/4 tsp. seasoning salt
Instructions
- Roast, grill, or boil corn.
- Cover cooked corn with butter, followed by mayo. Add seasoning and enjoy
